Daniel H. Schneider has been practicing entertainment, corporate, intellectual property (copyrights and trademarks) and real property law for more than 27 years. A graduate of Vassar College (AB, 1979, Evans Fellow in Law) and Emory Law School (JD, 1982, Emory Scholar), he is admitted to the New York and Georgia bars, as well as to the U.S. District Court (Southern District, N.Y.). Mr. Schneider has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Schneider is a founding partner of Big Shoes Media, First Mondays and Woodstock Mediation. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association and a past member of the American Bar Association, the Ulster County Bar Association, and the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (Committee on Ethics & Standards).
His current non-profit activities include service as a member and Secretary of the National Board of Trustees of the America The Beautiful Fund and General Counsel for the Giulio Gari Foundation. Dan also serves as Trustee for several private Foundations and as Executive Director of the I Can Still Do That Foundation.”
